MILITARY & LAW ENFORCEMENT CAPACITY BUILDING

VGRM can tailor diverse training & capacity building programs for military and law enforcement personnel to include ground force, navy and airforce programs. From drone operation to weapons handling and piltot training, VGRM assembles teams of instructors and trainers to suit client requirements. Weapons handling and CQB training can be faciliated in Slovakia or at the client's premises , depending on preference and availability of suitable facilities.

Our mission focus is on the delivery of:

The Process:   

  1. A needs analysis of foreign partner requirements

  2. Tailor capacity building initiatives against those same requirements

  3. Deliver against those requirements ensuring they are consistent with the cultural and operational realities.

  4. Audit the result of delivery.

CLOSE PROTECTION

VGRM provides Close Protection training and certification to Level III, along with weapons handling and tactical driving courses for new and experienced close protection operatives.

PRIVATE MILITARY CONTRACTORS

VGRM assists former military and law enforcement personnel transition into private military contracting by facilitating the required training and certification. VGRM provides hands on training and weapons handling courses in specialised facilities in Slovakia.
